*** If we have Felt Ball Garlands that are Ready to Ship - it will say in the listing details. Please look for that as some of our newer Garlands are still made to order. All Garlands that can be customized with Colors will take more time. They are made after they are purchased. Some will take up to 2 weeks prior to shipping, and Sequin Shapes/Letters are a pre-order and will take up to 3 weeks prior to shipping. Please note: No cancellations will be allowed once an order is placed. ***
*** If you need your item by a certain date - please check the current turnaround time in the individual listing for the item that you are purchasing. Remember that the shipping time is in addition to the production time. If you need an item sooner than the turnaround that is listed, please know that during our busy seasons this may not be possible. You are welcome to message us prior to ordering to check. If you order multiple items - make sure to check the turnaround on each item as they may be different. It will take the longest turnaround as your ship date. Holiday items are not guaranteed for delivery prior to a holiday unless the turnaround (production & shipping) in the listing has enough time for delivery from when the order was placed. Please also keep in mind that sometimes the mail moves slower during certain Holiday seasons. ***
*** If you wanting to place an order but live outside the US/Canada - please message us for a custom listing. We will primarily ship via first class mail unless you pick the Priority option at checkout. Insurance will not be included unless you pick the Priority option. Once your package is dropped off to USPS - please know the delivery time is out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Please make sure to double check your address prior to checking out as it cannot be changed once the order is placed. ***
*** During the busy holiday season - we are not accepting new custom orders.***
*Please note - we do no accept cancellations. Especially with Holiday Items. Once and order is placed a change cannot be made. We carry Holiday items year round. So if you place an order for an upcoming Holiday - please make sure the turnaround time including shipping time is taken into consideration. Orders are shipping in the order they are received.

Custom and personalized orders
Currently, we are not taking any custom orders during the holidays.
Shipping and Delivery
We are seeing more packages showing delivered and customers saying they have not been received. Please know that we are not responsible for a package once it has been received by USPS. Please contact your local post office first if you have a problem with a delivery. Packages will not be refunded or new items sent if USPS denies a claim - especially if the item shows delivered. We have been told that they now have GPS systems in all delivery trucks. And with every claim those are now checked to see if drivers made it to an address. Please make sure to watch for your orders to arrive in the mail. And also talk with all family members in your household to make sure someone else did not bring the package in.
